Redbloom (redbloom.co) is a biotech company that makes Food-as-Medicine for diet-related chronic conditions like IBS. We believe in creating a future with real food, real flavors, and real healing - a fresh proposition in an industry riddled with bland food, powders, pills, and gummies. We’re starting by radically improving the $80 billion digestive health market, replacing impractical and sometimes misleading dietary regimens with the world’s first gut-healthy chili crisp formulated by top chefs, physicians, and nutritionists. Our ultimate goal is to become the factor Food-as-Medicine solution for all diet-related chronic conditions spanning to diabetes, ADHD, and hormone imbalance. Our approach is leverage AI and molecular gastronomy to formulate whole foods at the molecular level, as opposed to synthesizing whole-foods to the molecular level.

Where You’ll Come In
We are looking for an analytical and experienced marketing leader who can lead our performance marketing efforts and drive continued fast growth for the business. Very strong analytical background is critical.
- Lead and mentor the customer acquisition team, fostering strategic thinking, a sense of urgency, and collaborative culture.
- Develop a strategy to drive paid media efforts with a focus on Facebook and Google and build the foundation for fast growth moving forward.
- Meticulously lead management and optimization of a marketing budget with a heavy focus on profitable acquisition, leveraging an LTV:CAC methodology.
- Develop and implement the next phase of attribution methodology, considering options like MMM, incrementality/lift analysis partners, and others to provide more accuracy.
- Rigorously measure and report on KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in support of growth goals.
- Collaboratively lead iteration of creative content in close coordination with the creative team and external agencies to create high-performing content for core paid media channels.
- Develop a strong non-paid strategy, helping to bring back more organic growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to bring strategies to life, specifically Product/Engineering and Lifecycle Marketing teams.
- Lead and manage all user acquisition flows and growth initiatives in partnership with the web team, constantly iterating and optimizing flows to improve conversion and developing new ideas to acquire customers.
